What is the policy on maintenance and damages?
The unit is delivered free of damage and must be returned in the same condition. As a tenant, you are responsible for replacing short-life consumptive parts like light bulbs and sanitary accessories.
Can I have guests or sub-lease the apartment?
Sub-leasing is strictly PROHIBITED. You cannot waive the premises to third parties. Increasing the number of residents requires prior written approval from Sahl Homes.
What happens if I need to leave early?
If you terminate the contract before the end date, the Security Deposit is forfeited. Additionally, the rent for the stayed period will be recalculated at the “Normal Rate” (without the long-term discount).
