Renters have access to the residential pools and private beach. Access to the Gravity Hotel Aqua Park, gym, spa, and restaurants requires an extra fee payable directly to the hotel administration.
What are the Check-in and Check-out times?
Standard Check-in is after 2:00 PM, and Check-out is before 11:00 AM. We require copies of Passports/IDs at least 24 hours prior to arrival for gate permits.
Are utilities included in the price?
For short-term holiday rentals, electricity and water are fully included. For long-term monthly rentals, utilities are usually charged by usage.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% charge.
